In the past few days, almost symbolic developments have taken place in Armenia-EU relations: the European Parliament has granted Armenia new trade privileges by a majority, Ursula von der Leyen has spoken about a more independent and expanding Europe, and from Moscow, Lavrov and Galuzin are warning that “Europe is going to deceive Armenia.”
