Արդյունքում՝ կառուցվել է 144 տեղ հզորությամբ տիպային (մոդուլային) դպրոցի նոր շենք: Քանդվել է դպրոցի հին շենքը, բարեկարգվել բակը, տեղադրվել է 67 կվտ հզորությամբ ֆոտովոլտային կայան։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են Կառավարության մամուլի ծառայությունից։

Nikol Pashinyan made a speech and congratulated those present on the occasion of putting the school into operation. The Prime Minister emphasized that students from nearby villages can also visit the newly built school. "It is very important to have a school that inspires students to learn, and yes, we now have such a school where children can study, create, play sports, compete and where they can simply live. Our perception is that after school, children should not just go home, but should spend time at school," the head of state said.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդես է եկել ելույթով և շնորհավորել ներկաներին դպրոցի շահագործման հանձնելու առիթով։ Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ նորակառույց դպրոց կարող են այցելել նաև մոտակա գյուղերի աշակերտները նույնպես: «Շատ կարևոր է ունենալ դպրոց, որը ներշնչում է աշակերտներին սովորել, և այո՛, մենք հիմա ունենք այդպիսի դպրոց, որտեղ երեխաները կարող են սովորել, ստեղծագործել, զբաղվել սպորտով, մրցակցել և որտեղ ուղղակի կարող են ապրել: Մեր ընկալումն այն է, որ դասերից հետո երեխաները չպետք է պարզապես տուն գնան, այլ պետք է ժամանակ անցկացնեն դպրոցում»,-ասել է երկրի ղեկավարը:

The Prime Minister added that this infrastructure is also very important for the settlement, as various programs are being developed so that adults can also use these spaces to improve their quality of life, to receive new forms of social interaction and new content.

Վարչապետը հավելել է՝ այս ենթակառուցվածքը նաև բնակավայրի համար է շատ կարևոր, քանի որ մշակվում են տարբեր ծրագրեր, որպեսզի մեծահասակները նույնպես այս տարածքներն օգտագործեն իրենց կյանքի որակը բարելավելու, սոցիալական շփման նոր ձևեր և նոր բովանդակություն ստանալու համար:

Referring to the results of the PISA survey, according to which Armenian students recorded poor indicators, the Prime Minister noted: “That survey is about the absence of school in the Republic of Armenia for decades. And yes, we now need to, in fact, create the school of the Republic of Armenia, the school of the Fourth Republic.”

Անդրադառնալով PISA հետազոտության արդյունքներին, որոնց համաձայն Հայաստանի աշակերտները վատ ցուցանիշներ են արձանագրել, վարչապետը նշել է. «Այդ հետազոտությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում տասնամյակներով դպրոցի բացակայության մասին է: Եվ այո՛, մենք հիմա պետք է, ըստ էության, ստեղծենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դպրոցը, Չորրորդ Հանրապետության դպրոցը»:

Nikol Pashinyan emphasized that the Government of the Republic of Armenia is doing its best to create good conditions and opportunities for receiving education in the country. The Prime Minister considered the voluntary certification program for teachers to be one of the important conditions for ensuring quality education and noted that it will be continuous.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծել է, որ ՀՀ Կառավարությունն անում է հնարավորը երկրում կրթություն ստանալու լավ պայմաններ և հնարավորություններ ստեղծելու համար: Վարչապետը որակյալ կրթություն ապահովելու կարևոր պայմաններից է համարել ուսուցիչների կամավոր ատեստավորման ծրագիրը և նշել, որ այն լինելու է շարունակական:

Summing up his speech, the Prime Minister noted: “The school should be full of life, because after all, the life that we want must first be built at school. The life we build in school is then expressed outside, the life we have now is an expression of what kind of life we have built in schools, classrooms, gymnasiums, on school stages, etc.

Ամփոփելով խոսքը՝ վարչապետը նշել է. «Դպրոցը կյանքով պետք է լիքը լինի, որովհետև ի վերջո այն կյանքը, որը մենք ուզում ենք, նախ պետք է դպրոցում կառուցենք: Դպրոցում կառուցած կյանքն է հետո արտահայտվում դրսում, այն կյանքը, որ մենք հիմա ունենք, արտահայտությունն է նրա, ինչպիսի կյանք ենք մենք կառուցել դպրոցներում, դասասենյակներում, ֆիզկուլտուրայի դահլիճներում, հանդիսությունների կամ դպրոցական բեմերում և այլն:

Creativity is an integral part of learning. It is impossible to learn without creating. Creativity, creative thinking are paramount, and in my opinion, the same applies to teachers. Teachers should also create and learn by creating, and all our decisions and policies are aimed at this: to stimulate and encourage creative teachers. Teachers should know that their creative and productive work is appreciated by the state, the Republic of Armenia.

Սովորելու անբաժանելի մաս է ստեղծագործելը։ Հնարավոր չէ սովորել առանց ստեղծագործելու: Ստեղծագործությունը, ստեղծարար միտքն առաջնային է, և իմ կարծիքով՝ նույնը վերաբերում է նաև ուսուցչին։ Ուսուցիչն էլ պետք է ստեղծագործի և ստեղծագործելով սովորի, և մեր բոլոր որոշումներն ու քաղաքականություններն ուղղված են դրան՝ խթանել, խրախուսել ստեղծագործող ուսուցչին: Ուսուցիչը պետք է իմանա, որ իր ստեղծագործական և արդյունավետ աշխատանքը գնահատվում է պետության, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից:

Tomorrow is the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia, I want to take this opportunity and personally congratulate all of you on this important holiday for us. Independence is what we build it to be. And therefore, our task is to make our independence, our state, our community, the region, the environment, and the school better, more competitive, more attractive every year. And that attractiveness and competitiveness should give great strength to our children so that they can study well and live well.”

Վաղը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 35-րդ տարեդարձն է, ուզում եմ առիթից օգտվել և բոլորիդ անձամբ շնորհավորել մեզ համար այդ կարևոր տոնի առիթով: Անկախությունն այնպիսին է, ինչպիսին մենք այն կերտում ենք։ Եվ հետևաբար, մեր խնդիրն է ամեն տարվա հետ մեր անկախությունը, մեր պետությունը, մեր համայնքը, մարզը, միջավայրը, դպրոցը դարձնել ավելի լավը, ավելի մրցունակ, ավելի գրավիչ: Եվ այդ գրավչությունը և մրցունակությունը պետք է մեծ ուժ տա մեր երեխաներին, որպեսզի նրանք լավ սովորեն, որպեսզի նրանք լավ ապրեն»:

Next, Nikol Pashinyan also visited the “Pri” festival in the Shatjrek settlement. It was organized by the “Kenarar” Foundation and the rural children of the Vardenis community with the support of the regional and community authorities. The festival was organized within the framework of the foundation’s “Leaders’ School” program. The goal of the program is to identify and develop the leadership skills of young people.
