A citizen with an injured hand has been hospitalized.

On September 19, at 11:21, the Lori Regional Operational Management Center received an alarm that a citizen had fallen and injured his hand near the Kobayr Monastery Complex. Rescuers’ assistance was needed to bring him closer to the ambulance.

Սեպտեմբերի 19-ին՝ ժամը 11։21-ին, Լոռու մարզային օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Քոբայր վանական համալիրի մոտակայքում քաղաքացին ընկել և վնասել է ձեռքը․ շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենային մոտեցնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է փրկարարների օգնությունը։

A firefighting team from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Emergency Service left for the scene. Rescuers brought the citizen closer to the ambulance along a difficult road of about 3 km. The citizen was hospitalized.
