Ruben Rubinyan awarded a class rank

Anna Hovakimyan, Chief Specialist of the Interparliamentary Relations and European Integration Division of the Foreign Relations Department of the National Assembly Staff, has been awarded the rank of 2nd Class Advisor of the State Service.

Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի արտաքին կապերի վարչության միջխորհրդարանական կապերի և եվրաինտեգրման բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետ Աննա Հովակիմյանին պետական ծառայության 2-րդ դասի խորհրդականի դասային աստիճան է շնորհվել։

The decree was signed by the Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan on September 15.
