Boris Nemtsov's daughter put on international wanted list

Zhanna Nemtsova, the daughter of the late Russian opposition politician Boris Nemtsov, has been placed on international wanted list for organizing the activities of an undesirable organization in Russia.

The court considered the appeal filed by the defense against the decision to detain the journalist in absentia.

Նիստում քննվել է լրագրողի նկատմամբ հեռակա կալանավորման որոշման դեմ պաշտպանության կողմի ներկայացրած վերաքննիչ բողոքը։

On July 31, the Zamoskvoretsky court had detained Zhanna Nemtsova in absentia for two months from the moment of her arrest. She was charged under Part 3 of Article 284.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for organizing the activities of a foreign or international organization considered undesirable in Russia.

Զամոսկվորեցկի դատարանը հուլիսի 31-ին հեռակա կարգով երկու ամսով կալանավորել էր Ժաննա Նեմցովային՝ նրան ձերբակալելու պահից սկսած։ Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՌԴ քրեական օրենսգրքի 284.1 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով՝ Ռուսաստանում անցանկալի համարվող օտարերկրյա կամ միջազգային կազմակերպության գործունեության կազմակերպման համար։
