The draft state budget for 2027 was discussed under the leadership of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia

A consultation was held in the Government headed by the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, during which the draft state budget for 2027 and the fiscal-budgetary framework were discussed.

Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ Կառավարությունում տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են 2027 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագիծն ու հարկաբյուջետային շրջանակը:

The press release issued by the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia states that the Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan presented the main macroeconomic, fiscal-budgetary indicators and frameworks for 2027–2029. Details were presented on sectoral expenditures, expenditure directions of strategic importance. Reference was also made to the priorities of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, and fiscal-budgetary policy forecasts.

ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է, որ Ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը ներկայացրել է 2027–2029 թթ. հիմնական մակրոտնտեսական, հարկաբյուջետային ցուցանիշներն ու շրջանակները։ Մանրամասներ են ներկայացվել ոլորտային ծախսերի, ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող ծախսային ուղղությունների վերաբերյալ։ Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև ՀՀ Կառավարության առաջնահերթություններին, հարկաբյուջետային քաղաքականության կանխատեսումներին:

An exchange of views was held regarding the draft state budget for 2027, various proposals and observations were presented.

2027 թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի առնչությամբ ծավալվել է մտքերի փոխանակություն, ներկայացվել են տարբեր առաջարկություններ և դիտարկումներ:

Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the need for effective implementation of programs and events envisaged by the budget. The Prime Minister emphasized that the revenue part of the budget is the result of the work of all bodies of the state administration system and the efficiency of expenditures predetermines the growth of incomes and economic activity. In this context, the head of state emphasized that economic development and the reduction of the shadow economy should be the focus of attention of all members of the Government.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծել է բյուջեով նախատեսված ծրագրերի և միջոցառումների արդյունավետ իրականացման անհրաժեշտությունը: Վարչապետը շեշտել է՝ բյուջեի եկամտային մասը պետական կառավարման համակարգի բոլոր մարմինների աշխատանքի արդյունքն է և ծախսերի արդյունավետությունը կանխորոշում է եկամուտների աճը և տնտեսական ակտիվությունը։ Այդ համատեքստում՝ երկրի ղեկավարը շեշտել է, որ տնտեսական զարգացումը և ստվերի կրճատումը պետք է լինի Կառավարության բոլոր անդամների ուշադրության կենտրոնում։
