Face to Face: Is There a New, Bright, Constructive Perspective Behind the Past "Prickly"?

The process of Armenia’s parliamentary-deputy elections, which has considerably “clouded and overshadowed” its democratic, law-abiding, just, legislative and even political and expressive nature and content, remains within the unenviable limits of this OBSERVATION, to put it mildly, of displeasure, dissatisfaction and unacceptability.

Հայաստանի խորհրդարանական-պատգամաւորական ընտրութիւններու գործընթացը, որ բաւական «պղտորեց ու ստուերեց» անոր ժողովրդավարական, օրինապահական, արդարամտական, օրէնսդրական ու նոյնիսկ քաղաքական եւ արտայայտչական էութիւնն ու բովանդակութիւնը, կը մնայ այս ՍՏՈՒԳԱՏԵՍՈՒԹԵԱՆ, մեղմ ըսած, անհաճոյութեան, անբաւարարութեան եւ անընդունելիութեան անբաղձալի սահմաններուն մէջ։
