The activities of the bread and bakery factory in Byureghavan have been suspended.

In particular: – the periodicity of cleaning, washing, disinfection, disinfestation and rodent extermination of production buildings, technological equipment and property used in the food production process was not defined and implemented, – the design, structure and layout of the production unit did not exclude the cross-flow of food raw materials and food, contaminated and clean property, – the space necessary for the implementation of technological operations, protection from the formation of condensate and mold on the surface of the production building, and conditions for the storage of food raw materials were not ensured, – the surfaces of the walls were not made of waterproof, washable and disinfectable materials, – the ceilings and structures above the production buildings were not safe, which did not prevent the accumulation of dirt, the formation of mold and the risk of particles falling from the ceiling or such surfaces, - the food facility was not equipped with a toilet, did not have changing room for staff.

Մասնավորապես՝ – սահմանված չի եղել և չի իրականացվել սննդամթերքի արտադրության գործընթացում օգտագործվող արտադրական շինությունների, տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների և գույքի մաքրման, լվացման, ախտահանման, միջատազերծման և կրծողների ոչնչացման գործընթացների պարբերականություն, – արտադրամասի նախագծումը, կառուցվածքը, դասավորվածությունը չեն բացառել պարենային հումքի և սննդամթերքի, աղտոտված և մաքուր գույքի խաչաձևվող հոսքերը, – չի ապահովվել տեխնոլոգիական գործառնությունների իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ տարածությունը, արտադրական շինության մակերևույթին կոնդենսատի, բորբոսի առաջացումից պաշտպանությունը, պարենային հումքի պահպանման պայմանները, – պատերի մակերևույթները պատրաստված չեն եղել անջրանցիկ, լվացվող և ախտահանվող նյութերից, – առաստաղները և արտադրական շինությունների վերևում գտնվող կառուցվածքները չեն եղել ապահով, ինչը չի կանխարգելել կեղտի կուտակումը, բորբոսի առաջացումը և առաստաղից կամ այդպիսի մակերևույթներից մասնիկների թափվելու վտանգը, -սննդի կառույցը սարքավորված չի եղել սանհանգույցով, չի ունեցել հանդերձարան անձնակազմի համար։

The production activity of the workshop was suspended, the economic entity was instructed to take the necessary measures and bring it into compliance with the requirements set by the legislation.
