VIDEO: What awaits "Sherfin" in court in the March 1 case: the famous judge and the criminal case

The March 1 case involved the indictment of former Police Commander Grigor Grigoryan (known as "Sheriff"), who was accused of taking part in the mass riots in Yerevan on March 1-2, 2008.

Մարտի 1-ի գործով մեղադրյալ Ոստիկանության զորքերի նախկին հրամանատար Գրիգոր Գրիգորյանի (հայտնի է «Շերիֆ» անվանմամբ) մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել էր դատարան։

Grigor Grigoryan is accused of ordering the use of "Cheryomukha-7" special forces against protesters during the suppression of the riots, which resulted in casualties and injuries.

Գործը վերաբերում է 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-2-ին Երևան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած զանգվածային անկարգությունների ժամանակ կատարված գործողություններին։

The latter's case was assigned to Judge Artak Karapetyan, who is known to have been the judge who arrested the leader of "Strong Armenia" Samvel Karapetyan.

Գրիգոր Գրիգորյանը մեղադրվում է անկարգությունների ճնշման ժամանակ ցուցարարների դեմ «Չերյոմուխա-7» տեսակի հատուկ միջոցներ կիրառելու հրաման արձակելու համար, ինչի հետևանքով եղել են զոհեր և վիրավորներ։
