By order of the Head of the Market Surveillance Inspection Body of the Republic of Armenia, the following actions were carried out at the "Samvel Cherkezyan Grigori" Private Enterprise (address: Yerevan, Gayi 16, pavilion 22):

By order of the Head of the RA Market Surveillance Inspection Body, control actions were carried out at the “Samvel Cherkezyan Grigor” Private Enterprise (address: Yerevan, Gayi 16, pavilion 22).
ՀՀ Շուկայի վերահսկողության տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի հրամանով «Սամվել Չերքեզյան Գրիգորի» ԱՁ-ում (հասցե՝ ք․ Երևան, Գայի 16, տաղավար 22) իրականացվել են վերահսկողական գործողություններ։
It was found that the Company openly sells tobacco products, their accessories or substitutes for tobacco products, in violation of the requirements established by the Law.
Պարզվել է, որ Ընկերությունը ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակները, դրանց պատկանելիքները կամ ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների փոխարինիչները վաճառում է բաց եղանակով՝ Օրենքով սահմանված պահանջների խախտմամբ։
The economic entity will be subject to administrative liability in accordance with the procedure established by law.
Տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտը կենթարկվի վարչական պատասխանատվության՝ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով։
