Official: Dani Carvajal has a new club

The contract of the famous footballer with the new club is scheduled for June 30, 2027.

"During his career, Daniel Carvajal has won 29 titles with the first team of Real Madrid and the Spanish national team, including winning the UEFA Champions League six times and becoming the champion of Euro 2024.

On behalf of Getafe, we would like to welcome Daniel Carvajal and wish him great success in the new phase of his career.

Welcome to the Coliseum, Dani," the club said in an official statement.

It should be recalled that earlier La Liga had blocked Carvajal's transfer to Getafe due to the suspiciously low salary declared.

The league's economic committee refused to register the deal, considering the proposed terms a possible violation of financial fair play rules.
