On October 13, First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan received a delegation led by Brigadier General Thakur Mayank Sinha, Head of the Indian Defense Management College, at the administrative complex of the Ministry of Defense.
