2026 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 28-ին կարգապահական վարույթներ են հարուցվել Երևան քաղաքի դատախազությունում և Երևան քաղաքի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի դատախազությունում ինքնավար պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձանց նկատմամբ: Գլխավոր դատախազին առընթեր էթիկայի հանձնաժողովը 2026 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 12-ին կայացած նիստում 2 դատախազի գործողություններում հաստատված է համարել կարգապահական խախտումների փաստերի առկայությունը: Կարգապահական վարույթի շրջանակում արձանագրվել է, որ դատախազները առանց հարգելի պատճառի բացակայել են դատական նիստից: Գլխավոր դատախազի՝ 2026 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 13-ի որոշումներով՝ Երևան քաղաքի դատախազությունում ինքնավար պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձի նկատմամբ կիրառվել է «նկատողություն» տեսակի կարգապահական տույժ, իսկ Երևան քաղաքի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի դատախազությունում ինքնավար պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձի նկատմամբ նշանակվել է «խիստ նկատողություն» տեսակի կարգապահական տույժ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ նույն անձի նկատմամբ նախկինում նշանակված է եղել «նկատողություն» տեսակի կարգապահական տույժ՝ կրկին դատական նիստից առանց հարգելի պատճառի բացակայելու համար։
