Վարուժան Առաքելեանը տասնամեակներ շարունակ իր գործունէութեամբ ու նւիրումով ծառայեց ազգային եւ համայնքային կեանքին՝ իր կեանքի կարեւորագոյն տարիները կապելով մեր ժողովրդի եւ ազգային կառոյցների հետ։

His activity was distinguished by a high sense of responsibility and sincere dedication to the community.

Նրա գործունէութիւնն աչքի էր ընկնում պատասխանատւութեան բարձր զգացումով եւ համայնքի հանդէպ անկեղծ նւիրումով։

As an architect, he paid special attention to the preservation and appreciation of Armenian historical and cultural heritage, investing his professional knowledge and experience in the preservation and restoration of historical monuments.

Որպէս ճարտարապետ՝ նա առանձնայատուկ ուշադրութիւն էր դարձնում հայկական պատմական եւ մշակութային ժառանգութեան պահպանմանն ու արժեւորմանը՝ իր մասնագիտական գիտելիքներն ու փորձառութիւնը ներդնելով պատմական յուշարձանների պահպանութեան եւ վերականգնման աշխատանքներում։

One of the most important directions of his professional activity was his nearly fifty-year work aimed at the preservation and restoration of the Armenian monasteries and historical monuments of Atrpatakan.

Նրա մասնագիտական գործունէութեան կարեւորագոյն ուղղութիւններից էր Ատրպատականի հայկական վանքերի եւ պատմական յուշարձանների պահպանութեանն ու վերականգնմանն ուղղւած շուրջ յիսունամեայ աշխատանքը։

One of the significant manifestations of this activity was the program for the rescue and reconstruction of the Surb Astvatsatsin Church in Tsor-Tsor in a new location, in the implementation of which he invested his professional knowledge and personal efforts.

Այդ գործունէութեան նշանակալի դրսեւորումներից էր Ծոր-Ծորի Սուրբ Աստւածածին եկեղեցու փրկութեան եւ նոր վայրում վերակառուցման ծրագիրը, որի իրականացման գործում նա ներդրեց իր մասնագիտական գիտելիքներն ու անձնական ջանքերը։

With these works, he made his worthy contribution to the preservation of the Armenian cultural heritage.

Այս աշխատանքներով նա իր արժանի ներդրումն ունեցաւ հայկական մշակութային ժառանգութեան պահպանման գործում։

One of the important milestones of Varuzhan Arakelyan’s national service was his activity as the Chairman of the Diocesan Council of the Armenian Diocese of Tehran.

Վարուժան Առաքելեանի ազգային ծառայութեան կարեւոր հանգրւաններից էր Թեհրանի հայոց թեմի Թեմական խորհրդի ատենապետի պաշտօնում նրա գործունէութիւնը։

Having assumed the responsible position of the Chairman of the Diocesan Council in 1996–1998, he contributed to the organization and development of the community work of the Diocese with his experience, dedication, and responsible approach.

1996–1998 թւականներին ստանձնելով Թեմական խորհրդի ատենապետի պատասխանատու պաշտօնը՝ նա իր փորձառութեամբ, նւիրումով եւ պատասխանատու մօտեցմամբ իր ներդրումն ունեցաւ Թեմի համայնքային աշխատանքների կազմակերպման եւ զարգացման գործում։

Through the responsibilities he assumed in national structures over the years, he also contributed to the continuity of community work, emphasizing the importance of the activities of national structures and the significance of joint work.

Տարբեր տարիների ազգային կառոյցներում ստանձնած պատասխանատւութիւններով եւս նա իր մասնակցութիւնը բերեց համայնքային աշխատանքների շարունակականութեանը՝ կարեւորելով ազգային կառոյցների գործունէութիւնն ու համատեղ աշխատանքի նշանակութիւնը։

One of the important pillars of his activity in the direction of preserving Armenian historical heritage was also the work of the Committee for the Preservation of Armenian Monuments, established in 1997 at the initiative of the three Armenian dioceses of Iran, of which he served as chairman until 2008.

Հայկական պատմական ժառանգութեան պահպանման ուղղութեամբ նրա գործունէութեան կարեւոր հանգրւաններից էր նաեւ 1997 թւականին իրանահայ երեք թեմերի նախաձեռնութեամբ ստեղծւած հայկական յուշարձանների պահպանման յանձնախմբի աշխատանքը, որի ատենապետի պաշտօնը նա վարեց մինչեւ 2008 թւականը։

In cooperation with the structures responsible for the preservation of Iranian cultural heritage and international experts, he contributed to the promotion of the preservation and appreciation of Armenian monuments.

Իրանի մշակութային ժառանգութեան պահպանութեան պատասխանատու կառոյցների եւ միջազգային մասնագէտների հետ համագործակցութեամբ նա նպաստեց հայկական յուշարձանների պահպանութեան ու արժեւորման աշխատանքների առաջմղմանը։

In parallel with Varuzhan Arakelyan's national and professional achievements, his human qualities were also notable.

Վարուժան Առաքելեանի ազգային եւ մասնագիտական վաստակին զուգահեռ յատկանշական էին նաեւ նրա մարդկային արժանիքները։

Modesty, honesty, care, patience and sense of duty made him a beloved and respected personality.

Համեստութիւնը, ազնւութիւնը, հոգատարութիւնը, համբերատարութիւնն ու պարտաճանաչութիւնը նրան դարձնում էին սիրելի եւ յարգւած անձնաւորութիւն։

The will not to give up in the face of difficulties, the ability to cooperate, and the respectful and benevolent attitude towards those around him made him a reliable partner and a trustworthy figure, while maintaining human simplicity and inner dignity.

Դժւարութիւնների առջեւ չընկրկելու կամքը, համագործակցելու կարողութիւնը եւ շրջապատի նկատմամբ յարգալից ու բարեացակամ վերաբերմունքը նրան դարձնում էին վստահելի գործընկեր եւ արժանահաւատ գործիչ՝ միաժամանակ պահպանելով մարդկային պարզութիւնն ու ներքին արժանապատւութիւնը։

His path proves that national service was a long-term and conscious dedication for him.

Նրա անցած ճանապարհը վկայում է, որ ազգային ծառայութիւնը նրա համար երկարամեայ եւ գիտակից նւիրում էր։

With his professional activities and contribution to national structures, he occupied a worthy place in the life of the Tehran-Armenian community and in the preservation of the Armenian historical heritage.

Իր մասնագիտական գործունէութեամբ եւ ազգային կառոյցներում ունեցած ներդրումով նա արժանի տեղ գրաւեց Թեհրանահայ համայնքի կեանքում եւ հայկական պատմական ժառանգութեան պահպանման գործում։

His merits and memory will continue to live in the history of the community.

Նրա վաստակն ու յիշատակը կը շարունակեն ապրել համայնքի պատմութեան մէջ։
