Pensions for retirees under 70 will increase by 45 GEL

The pension of pensioners under 70 years of age will increase by 45 lari from January 1 and will amount to 415 lari, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced today, October 12, during a briefing.

Մինչև 70 տարեկան թոշակառուների կենսաթոշակը հունվարի 1-ից կբարձրանա 45 լարիով և կկազմի 415 լարի, հայտարարել է վարչապետ Իրակլի Կոբախիձեն այսօր` հոկտեմբերի 12-ին կայացած ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ։

“We have decided to increase the pension of pensioners under 70 years of age by 45 lari, instead of the 20 lari provided for by law.

«Մենք որոշում ենք կայացրել 70 տարեկանից փոքր կենսաթոշակառուների կենսաթոշակը բարձրացնել 45 լարիով՝ օրենքով նախատեսված 20 լարիի փոխարեն։

Accordingly, the pension of pensioners under 70 years of age, with the exception of pensioners living in high-mountainous settlements, will amount to 415 lari from January 1,” Kobakhidze said.
