The "World Trade Center Yerevan" project will always be relevant for Yerevan and will contribute to the formulation of the city's identity: Prime Minister

It is noted that the Prime Minister made a speech, congratulating those present on the 2808th anniversary of Yerevan.

Նշվում է, որ վարչապետը հանդես է եկել ելույթով՝ շնորհավորելով ներկաներին նաև Երևանի 2808-րդ տարեդարձի առիթով։

“Of course, this occasion is marked by the practical launch of this project, the World Trade Center building.

«Իհարկե, այդ առիթը նշանավորվում է այս նախագծի գործնական մեկնարկով՝ Համաշխարհային առևտրի կենտրոնի շենքի: Մենք այսօր փաստացի Երևանի պատմության ամենաբարձր շենքի մասին ենք խոսում և նրա ստեղծման մեկնարկն ենք տալիս: Այս առումով սա Երևանի, նույնիսկ 2808-ամյա պատմության մեջ, շատ կարևոր և նշանակալի իրադարձություն է»: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ ճարտարապետական այս նախագծի իրականացման արդյունքում նախատեսվող շենքը միշտ արդիական կլինի Երևանի համար և կնպաստի քաղաքի ինքնության ձևակերպմանը: «Նման շենքերը, կառույցները, նախագծերը չեն իրականացվում 1-5 տասնամյակի համար: Սրանք նախագծեր են, որոնք ի սկզբանե ենթադրում են ունենալ 100-ամյակների պատմություն։

Today we are actually talking about the tallest building in the history of Yerevan and launching its construction.

Սա շատ կարևոր սիմվոլ է և այն առումով, որ մենք պետք է, նաև պատմության առանձնահատկությունները հաշվի առնելով, մեր առաջ մեծ ու երկար տեսադաշտեր բացենք», – ասել է վարչապետ Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ քաղաքական և պետական գաղափարախոսությունը և գաղափարաբանությունը նրա մեջ է, որ պլանավորումը պետք է ունենա հարյուրամյա հեռանկար, և այս բանաձևի վրա է հիմնված Հայաստանի հարատև պետության գաղափարը և գաղափարախոսությունը։

In this regard, this is a very important and significant event for Yerevan, even in its 2808-year history.”

Երկրի ղեկավարի կարծիքով՝ հարյուրամյա հեռանկար ունեցող ներդրումային նման նախագծերը հենց դրա մասին են: «Մենք արդեն այդպիսի նախագծեր ունենք: Ես առիթ ունեցել եմ ասելու, երբ մենք TRIPP նախագիծն էինք պայմանավորվում կամ նրա շրջանակն էինք գծագրում, շատ քննարկումներ կար նրա մասին, թե 50 տարով, հետո ևս 50 տարով, ինչ-որ մեկը ինչ-որ փայաբաժին կունենա Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում: Ես մեր գործընկերներին և հանրության ուշադրությունը հրավիրեցի հետևյալ փաստի վրա, որ մենք այլ տեսակետից պետք է նայենք՝ փաստորեն աշխարհի թիվ մեկ գերտերությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ 90 և ավելի տարիների պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերում: Հազարամյա պատմության ընթացքում երբեք մեր առջև 90 տարվա հեռանկար չենք ունեցել»,-նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Վարչապետն ընդգծել է նաև՝ Համաշխարհային առևտրի կենտրոնը համաշխարհային բրենդ է, որն այսպիսով ներկայանում է Հայաստանում: Մեկ անգամ ևս շնորհավորելով Երևանի 2808-րդ տարեդարձի, ինչպես նաև նախագծի մեկնարկի առիթով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է.

Nikol Pashinyan expressed hope that the building planned as a result of the implementation of this architectural project will always be relevant for Yerevan and will contribute to the formulation of the city’s identity.

«Ինձ համար սա պատմություն է այն մասին, որ Երևանը ոչ միայն իր թիկունքում, այլ առջևում ունի 2808 տարի, ինչի առիթով շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս»: Միջոցառման ընթացքում ներկայացվել են ՀԱԿԵ-ի՝ որպես միջազգային նշանակության բազմաֆունկցիոնալ նախագծի, տեսլականն ու զարգացման հայեցակարգը։

“Such buildings, structures, projects are not implemented for 1-5 decades.

Աշխարհահռչակ «Ֆոսթր + Փարթներս» ճարտարապետական ընկերությունը մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել իր հեղինակած շինության նախագծման վերաբերյալ մանրամասներ։

These are projects that are initially supposed to have a 100-year history.

Սարյան 22 հասցեում նախատեսվող բազմաֆունկցիոնալ համալիրը մեկտեղելու է առևտրային և գրասենյակային տարածքներ, հյուրանոց, կանաչապատ այգիներ, ժամանցի վայրեր, բրենդային խանութներ, ինչպես նաև ցուցահանդեսների և միջոցառումների անցկացման համար նախատեսված ժամանակակից ենթակառուցվածքներ։

This is a very important symbol in the sense that we must, also taking into account the peculiarities of history, open up large and long horizons before us,” said Prime Minister Pashinyan, adding that the political and state ideology and ideology is that planning should have a century-long perspective, and the idea and ideology of the enduring state of Armenia are based on this formula.

Ընդգծվել է, որ մեկնարկել և հաջողությամբ ընթանում են Սարյան 22 հասցեում գտնվող շենք-շինությունների ապամոնտաժման աշխատանքները։

According to the Head of State, such investment projects with a century-long perspective are exactly what this is about.

Միջոցառման շրջանակում ստորագրվել է կառավարման պայմանագիր «Հայաթ Հոթելս Քորփորեյշն»-ի հետ։

Համագործակցության հուշագիր է ստորագրվել նաև Միացյալ Թագավորության արտահանման ֆինանսավորման պետական գործակալության (UK Export Finance) հետ՝ ՀԱԿԵ-ի նախագծի մասնակի ֆինանսավորման նպատակով։

I had the opportunity to say that when we were agreeing on the TRIPP project or drawing up its framework, there were many discussions about whether for 50 years, then for another 50 years, someone would have some share in the Republic of Armenia.

WTC Երևանի բաժնետերեր են Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը (19%), «Ռենշին» ՍՊԸ-ն (56%) և «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ-ն (25%): Այն պետություն-մասնավոր համագործակցության խոշորագույն նախագիծ է Հայաստանում.

The Prime Minister also emphasized that the World Trade Center is a global brand, which is thus presented in Armenia.

Once again congratulating Yerevan on its 2808th anniversary, as well as on the launch of the project, Nikol Pashinyan noted: "For me, this is a story about the fact that Yerevan has 2808 years not only behind it, but also ahead of it, on which occasion I congratulate all of us."

During the event, the vision and development concept of the World Trade Center as a multifunctional project of international significance were presented.

Այն նպատակ ունի Հայաստանը դիրքավորել որպես տարածաշրջանային բիզնես հանգույց և նպաստել միջազգային առևտրային կապերի զարգացմանը՝ «Համաշխարհային առևտրի կենտրոններ» ասոցիացիայի ցանցի միջոցով։

The world-famous architectural firm Foster + Partners presented details about the design of the building it designed.

The multifunctional complex, planned at 22 Saryan Street, will combine commercial and office spaces, a hotel, green parks, entertainment venues, branded stores, as well as modern infrastructure for holding exhibitions and events.

It was emphasized that the dismantling of the buildings at 22 Saryan Street has begun and is successfully underway.

Within the framework of the event, a management agreement was signed with Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

A memorandum of understanding was also signed with the United Kingdom Export Finance Agency (UK Export Finance) for the purpose of partial financing of the WTC project.

The Armenian Government approved the urban development plan for the construction of the World Trade Center (WTC) in 2023 by a resolution.

The shareholders of WTC Yerevan are the Republic of Armenia (19%), Renshin LLC (56%) and Haypost CJSC (25%).

It is the largest public-private partnership project in Armenia.

The total investment is $470 million.

WTC is a channel between Armenian business and international companies.

It aims to position Armenia as a regional business hub and promote the development of international trade ties through the World Trade Centers Association network.
