Ազգային ժողովում շուրջ 4 ժամ տևած հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ կառավարության ղեկավարը զբաղված էր ադրբեջանցու իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ, դա այն դեպքում, երբ քննություն չկա, դիվերսիա՞ էր կազմակերպված, թե դասալիք է այդ զինվորը։ 24TV-ի «Հարցազրույց Հերմինե Միքայելյանի հետ» հաղորդման ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց ԱԺ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Իրինա Յոլյանը։

Speaking about the local government elections, Yolyan noted that being an oppositionist has become a punishable act, great pressure is being exerted on oppositionists and their families: criminal cases, detentions, until an agreement is reached with them.
ՏԻՄ ընտրություններից խոսելիս Յոլյանը նկատեց, որ ընդդիմադիր լինելը պատժելի արարք է դարձել, մեծ ճնշումներ են իրականացվում ընդդիմադիրների և նրանց ընտանիքների նկատմամբ՝ քրգործեր, կալանավորումներ, մինչև հաջողվի պայմանավորվել նրանց հետ։
