The Armenian Cultural Center of Paris is pleased to invite you to an exceptional event with Pascal Ory, member of the French Academy, to discuss the book *The Cuisine of the Armenians* by Corinne and Richard Zarzavatdjian, published by Solar Editions.

Prefaced by Pascal Ory, this book offers a true culinary journey to the heart of Armenia and its diaspora. For the first time, it brings together all the Armenian communities scattered throughout the world and reveals a gastronomic richness never before recounted in such a comprehensive way. The book also includes an introduction by medieval historian Nicolas Tatessian, who traces the history of Armenian cuisine through the centuries and migrations.
