Regular charter shipments of agricultural products to the UAE will begin in November

This was reported by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.

Minister Gevorg Papoyan received Makar Petrosyan, co-founder of Almarex Aviation Ventures, and Paruyr Vardanyan, director.

Almarex Aviation Ventures ավիաընկերությունը նոյեմբերի սկզբից նախատեսում է իրականացնել օդային բեռնափոխադրման կանոնավոր չվերթեր դեպի Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններ՝ հայկական գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի անվտանգ և մատչելի բեռնափոխադրումն ապահովելու նպատակով։

Deputy Minister Arman Khojoyan was also present at the meeting.

Ընկերության տնօրենի խոսքով՝ ՀՀ-ից արտահանման դեպքում օդային բեռնափոխադրման արժեքը կկազմի 2․2 ԱՄՆ դոլար 1 կգ-ի համար, սակայն որոշ գործոնների փոփոխության արդյունքում հնարավոր է նաև գնիջեցում։

Almarex Aviation Ventures plans to carry out regular air cargo flights to the United Arab Emirates from the beginning of November in order to ensure safe and affordable transportation of Armenian agricultural products.

Չվերթերը կիրականացվեն Boeing 737-800 տիպի օդանավով, որը յուրաքանչյուր չվերթի ընթացքում հնարավորություն կտա տեղափոխել շուրջ 20 տոննա բեռ։

According to the company's director, in case of export from the Republic of Armenia, the cost of air cargo transportation will be

Այս նախաձեռնությունը համահունչ է կառավարության առաջնահերթություններին և նոր հնարավորություններ կստեղծի հայկական արտադրանքի արտահանման ծավալների ընդլայնման համար»,- նշել է նախարարը իր խոսքում։

The flights will be carried out by Boeing 737-800 aircraft, which will allow transporting about 20 tons of cargo during each flight.

Կարևորելով թարմ գյուղմթերքի արտահանման գործընթացում մատակարարման արագությունը՝ Պապոյանը ողջունել է գործարար միջավայրի՝ այս ուղղությամբ Կառավարության հետ համագործակցելու պատրաստակամությունը և հույս հայտնել, որ այն կնպաստի հայկական արտադրանքի՝ միջազգային շուկաներում ավելի մեծ ծավալներով ներկայացվածության ընդլայնմանը։

“Export diversification is one of the priorities of our country’s economic agenda, and in this context, the United Arab Emirates is an important market for Armenia.

Նախաձեռնության հաջող իրականացման դեպքում կդիտարկվեն նաև այլ ուղղություններով նմանատիպ չվերթերի կազմակերպման հնարավորությունները։

This initiative is in line with the government’s priorities and will create new opportunities for expanding the export volumes of Armenian products,” the minister noted in his speech.

Highlighting the importance of the speed of supply in the process of exporting fresh agricultural products, Papoyan welcomed the business community’s willingness to cooperate with the Government in this direction and expressed hope that it will contribute to the expansion of the representation of Armenian products in larger volumes in international markets.

In case of successful implementation of the initiative, the possibilities of organizing similar flights in other directions will also be considered.
