The Court of Appeals rejected Gagik Tsarukyan's motion to change the preventive measure

Yesterday, the Court of Appeals rejected the petition to change the preventive measure against the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan.

Նախօրեին վերաքննիչ դատարանը մերժել է «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոցը փոխելու միջնորդությունը։

This was announced at a press conference on October 9 by Iveta Tonoyan, a representative of the Prosperous Armenia Party led by Tsarukyan.

Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 9-ի մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտնել է Ծառուկյանի գլխավորած «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ Իվետա Տոնոյանը։

According to Tonoyan, taking into account that the preliminary investigation has been completed and the court hearing date has been set for October 15, at 2:00 PM, in the Nor Nork Administrative District Court, there is no reasonable explanation and reason why Tsarukyan should continue to remain in custody.

Տոնոյանի խոսքով՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է և դատական նիստի օրը նշանակվել է հոկտեմբերի 15-ին, ժամը 14:00-ին, Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի դատարանում, չկա ողջամիտ բացատրություն և պատճառ, թե ինչու Ծառուկյանը պետք է շարունակի մնալ կալանքի տակ։
