The road leading to the Anti-Corruption Court will not be repaired in 2027 either

It took Yerevan Municipality 20 days to provide this response.

Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանից 20 օր է պահանջվել այս պատասխանը տրամադրելու համար։

On October 5, Hetq wrote about the dilapidated and dusty road leading to the Anti-Corruption Court (3/9 Tbilisi Highway). We noted in the article that we had sent a written request to Yerevan Municipality on September 17 to find out whether they were aware of the condition of the road and when the road was planned to be renovated. At the time of publication of the article, the Municipality had not responded to our questions.

Հետքը հոկտեմբերի 5-ին գրել էր Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան (Թբիլիսյան խճուղի 3/9) տանող քարուքանդ ու փոշոտ ճանապարհի մասին։ Հոդվածում նշել էինք, որ դեռևս սեպտեմբերի 17-ին գրավոր հարցում էինք ուղարկել Երևանի քաղաքապետարան՝ պարզելու, թե արդյոք տեղյակ են ճանապարհի վիճակից, և երբ է նախատեսվում ճանապարհի վերանորոգումը։ Հոդվածի հրապարակման պահին քաղաքապետարանը չէր պատասխանել մեր հարցերին։

Two days after the article was published, on October 7, Yerevan Municipality responded to the letter consisting of 9 questions with one sentence: no major renovation of the road is planned.

Հոդվածի հրապարակումից երկու օր անց՝ հոկտեմբերի 7-ին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը 9 հարցից բաղկացած գրությանը մեկ նախադասությամբ է պատասխանել՝ ճանապարհի հիմնանորոգում նախատեսված չէ։

The Municipality ignored most of Hetq’s questions. There was no mention of whether ongoing improvement works (pothole filling, leveling) are planned before the overhaul, and whether they are going to limit or regulate the traffic of trucks passing through the area, which are the main cause of dust and road deterioration.

Քաղաքապետարանն անտեսել է Հետքի հարցերի մեծ մասը։ Որևէ անդրադարձ չի կատարվել՝ արդյոք մինչև հիմնանորոգումը նախատեսվում են ընթացիկ բարեկարգման աշխատանքներ (փոսալցում, հարթեցում), և արդյոք պատրաստվում են սահմանափակել կամ կարգավորել տարածքով անցնող բեռնատարների երթևեկությունը, որոնք փոշու ու ճանապարհի քայքայման հիմնական պատճառն են։

Thus, the overhaul of the road leading to the Anti-Corruption Court is not in the plans for 2027 either. And what steps the municipality plans to take in the meantime to reduce the potholes, dust, and problems caused by truck traffic is not known. At the moment, it is only known that the road leading to the court will not be repaired in the near future.

Այսպիսով, Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան տանող ճանապարհի հիմնանորոգումը 2027 թվականի ծրագրերում էլ չկա։ Իսկ թե մինչ այդ ինչ քայլեր է պատրաստվում ձեռնարկել քաղաքապետարանը՝ ճանապարհի փոսերը, փոշին ու բեռնատարների երթևեկությունից առաջացած խնդիրները նվազեցնելու համար՝ հայտնի չէ։ Այս պահին հայտնի է միայն, որ դատարան տանող ճանապարհն առաջիկայում ևս չի նորոգվի։
