YEREVAN, October 8 – Sputnik: The Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) is the only member of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) that did not support the call for reforms in the International Football Federation (FIFA).

Earlier, UEFA, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the Confederation of North and Central American and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) accused Gianni Infantino of fraud related to the FIFA Forward Enterprise (FFE) project, after which a number of national football federations withdrew their previously expressed support for his re-election.
Infantino intends to run for a new term in the FIFA presidential elections, which will be held in Rabat on March 18, 2027.
UEFA will not support Infantino in the FIFA presidential elections
