On October 8, Marianna Ghahramanyan, Deputy Chairwoman of the NA Standing Committee on Human Rights Protection and Public Affairs, met with a delegation led by Christian Shimek, Head of the Health and Addictions Department of the Council of Europe’s Directorate General for Human Rights and the Rule of Law.

ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ Մարիաննա Ղահրամանյանը հոկտեմբերի 8-ին հանդիպել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի մարդու իրավունքների և օրենքի գերակայության գլխավոր տնօրինության առողջապահության ու կախվածությունների վարչության պետ Քրիստեան Շիմեկի գլխավորած պատվիրակության հետ։

The representative of the Council of Europe's Directorate General for Human Rights and the Rule of Law visited the Parliament

Marianna Ghahramanyan, Deputy Chairwoman of the Standing Committee on Human Rights Protection and Public Affairs of the National Assembly, met on October 8 with a delegation led by Christian Shimek, Head of the Health and Addictions Department of the General Directorate for Human Rights and the Rule of Law of the Council of Europe.

Marianna Ghahramanyan presented the proposed amendments and changes to the Law “On Medicines” put into circulation by the “Strong Armenia” faction.

The goal of the draft is to simplify the procedure for the recognition of medicines in Armenia that have passed expert examination and are registered in the member states of the European Union.

Նախագծի նպատակն է պարզեցնել Եվրոպական միության անդամ երկրներում փորձաքննություն անցած և գրանցված դեղերի՝ Հայաստանում ճանաչման ընթացակարգը։

According to Marianna Ghahramanyan, the adoption of the bill will contribute to improving the process of providing the population with high-quality and affordable medicines.

Մարիաննա Ղահրամանյանի խոսքով օրինագծի ընդունումը կնպաստի բնակչությանը որակյալ և մատչելի դեղերով ապահովելու գործընթացի բարելավմանը։

She emphasized that the initiative is important not only for solving social and health problems, but also from the point of view of introducing European standards and European integration.

Նա ընդգծել է, որ նախաձեռնությունը կարևոր է ոչ միայն սոցիալական և առողջապահական խնդիրների լուծման, այլև եվրոպական չափանիշների ներդրման և եվրոպական ինտեգրման տեսանկյունից։

Christian Shimek considered the sectoral programs implemented in Armenia in recent years effective, expressing confidence that cooperation will continue in the future.

Քրիստեան Շիմեկն արդյունավետ է համարել վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանում իրականացված ոլորտային ծրագրերը՝ համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ առաջիկայում ևս համագործակցությունը կլինի շարունակական։

The guest noted that he will pass on information about the project to the relevant bodies of the Council of Europe dealing with issues of drug quality and registration.

Հյուրը նշել է, որ նախագծի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները կփոխանցի դեղերի որակի և գրանցման խնդիրներով զբաղվող ԵԽ համապատասխան մարմիններին։
