YEREVAN, October 8 – Sputnik: The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia is demanding the confiscation of the real estate of the former “Ayrarat” cinema located at 16 Tigran Mets Avenue in Yerevan.

ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 8 հոկտեմբերի – Sputnik․ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը պահանջում է բռնագանձել Երևանի Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտա 16 հասցեում գտնվող՝ նախկին «Այրարատ» կինոթատրոնի անշարժ գույքը։

The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia reported this, adding that the Anti-Corruption Court accepted the claim for proceedings on October 5.

The Prosecutor’s Office added that the Anti-Corruption Court applied a measure of security to the claim, prohibiting the LLC from performing any action that could change the factual or legal status of the real estate located at 16 Tigran Mets Avenue.

Դատախազությունը հավել է, որ Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանը հայցի ապահովման միջոց է կիրառել՝ ՍՊԸ-ին արգելելով կատարել որևէ գործողություն, որը կարող է փոխել Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտա 16 հասցեում գտնվող անշարժ գույքի փաստացի կամ իրավական վիճակը։
