2 plots of land with an area of 3240 square meters will be returned to Chkalovka: Prosecutor's Office

The Prosecutor General's Office reports that on June 26, 2026, within the framework of the authority to protect state (community) interests, it filed a lawsuit with the Anti-Corruption Court against the Sevan community and an individual with the demands to declare invalid the auctions of December 30, 2009 and the purchase and sale contracts concluded on their basis for a land plot with an area of 1240 square meters located at No. 8, Lane 2, 11th Street, Chkalovka community, with a cadastral value estimated at 982 thousand 80 drams, and a land plot with an area of 3000 square meters located at No. 3, Lane 2, 11th Street, Chkalovka community, with a cadastral value estimated at 2 million 376 thousand drams.

Գլխավոր դատախազությունը հայտնում է, որ 2026 թվականի հունիսի 26-ին, պետական (համայնքային) շահերի պաշտպանության լիազորության շրջանակում, հայց էր ներկայացրել Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան՝ ընդդեմ Սևան համայնքի և ֆիզիկական անձի՝ Չկալովկա համայնքի 11-րդ փողոցի 2-րդ նրբանցքի թիվ 8 հասցեում գտնվող՝ 982 հազար 80 դրամ շուկայական արժեքին մոտարկված կադաստրային արժեքով 1240 քմ մակերեսով հողամասի և Չկալովկա համայնքի 11-րդ փողոցի 2-րդ նրբանցքի թիվ 3 հասցեում գտնվող՝ 2 միլիոն 376 հազար դրամ շուկայական արժեքին մոտարկված կադաստրային արժեքով 3000 քմ մակերեսով հողամասի՝ 2009 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 30-ի աճուրդները և դրանց հիման վրա կնքված առուվաճառքի պայմանագրերն անվավեր ճանաչելու պահանջներով:
