The United States is ready to play a constructive role in achieving a peaceful resolution of the Ukraine conflict, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in an interview with the Greek newspaper Kathimerini.

The Secretary of State acknowledged that there is currently no prospect of ending the crisis through negotiations, but stressed Washington’s intention to continue to seek any opportunity to achieve a peaceful outcome.
