He insisted that, in his opinion, what happened was a regular border violation, and the Azerbaijani soldier, according to his version, fled from the military unit and crossed the border into Armenia.

Նա պնդել է, որ իր համոզմամբ՝ տեղի ունեցածը սովորական սահմանի խախտում է, և ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողը, ըստ իր վարկածի, զորամասից փախուստի է դիմել և հատել Հայաստանի սահմանը։

Khachatryan also said that after the conclusion of the criminal proceedings and the indictment, all information about the case, except for data containing state secrets, will be made public in full.
