Pashinyan creates commission due to risk of plague being imported from Irkutsk

The chairman of the commission must ensure the organization of its work and immediately submit the necessary proposals on issues requiring interdepartmental coordination to the prime minister.

Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը պետք է ապահովի դրա աշխատանքների կազմակերպումը, իսկ միջգերատեսչական համաձայնեցում պահանջող հարցերի վերաբերյալ անհրաժեշտ առաջարկություններն անհապաղ ներկայացնի վարչապետին։

The Ministry of Health has been instructed to ensure the organizational and technical support of the commission, with the participation of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention SNCO, as well as to appoint the secretary of the commission within five working days after the decision enters into force.

Առողջապահության նախարարությանը հանձնարարվել է ապահովել հանձնաժողովի կազմակերպատեխնիկական սպասարկումը՝ «Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի մասնակցությամբ, ինչպես նաև որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո հինգ աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում նշանակել հանձնաժողովի քարտուղարին։

The necessary professional information, risk assessments and response proposals must be submitted to the commission by the Ministry of Health and relevant structures.

Հանձնաժողովին անհրաժեշտ մասնագիտական տեղեկատվությունը, ռիսկի գնահատումները և արձագանքման առաջարկությունները պետք է ներկայացվեն Առողջապահության նախարարության և համապատասխան կառույցների կողմից։

According to the decision, the first meeting of the commission must be convened within ten working days after the decision enters into force.

Որոշման համաձայն՝ հանձնաժողովի առաջին նիստը պետք է գումարվի որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո տասը աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում։

The meeting is expected to discuss the assessment of the risk of the introduction and spread of plague from the Irkutsk region to Armenia, the coordination of preventive measures, and the current state of preparedness.

Նիստում նախատեսվում է քննարկել Իրկուտսկի մարզից Հայաստան ժանտախտի ներբերման և տարածման ռիսկի գնահատումը, կանխարգելման միջոցառումների համաձայնեցումը և առկա պատրաստվածության վիճակը։

Before the first meeting, if there is a need for an urgent response, the commission must act in accordance with the approved procedure.
