What awaits online traders: the new requirement of the State Revenue Committee

Why is it important? The regulation applies to sales made by Armenian organizations and private enterprises to individuals in EAEU countries via online platforms. If there is data confirming the sale, the seller may not pay VAT for the given transaction.

Ինչու է դա կարևոր. Կարգավորումը վերաբերում է ՀՀ կազմակերպությունների և ԱՁ-ների կողմից օնլայն հարթակներով ԵԱՏՄ երկրների ֆիզիկական անձանց իրականացված վաճառքներին: Վաճառքը հաստատող տվյալների առկայության դեպքում վաճառողը կարող է ԱԱՀ չվճարել տվյալ գործարքի համար:

Terms and terms of data transfer.

Տվյալների փոխանցման պայմաններն ու ժամկետները.

Information composition. The platform will transfer to the State Revenue Committee the seller's data, the type of product, the number and date of the transport document (if any), as well as information on the return or refusal of the product.

Տեղեկատվության կազմը. Հարթակը ՊԵԿ-ին է փոխանցելու վաճառողի տվյալները, ապրանքի տեսակը, տեղափոխման փաստաթղթի համարն ու ամսաթիվը (առկայության դեպքում), ինչպես նաև տեղեկություններ ապրանքի վերադարձի կամ հրաժարման վերաբերյալ:

Deadlines. The data will be submitted electronically for each month by the 20th of the following month. In case of errors, corrected data will be sent.

Ժամկետները. Տվյալները ներկայացվելու են էլեկտրոնային եղանակով՝ յուրաքանչյուր ամսվա համար մինչև հաջորդ ամսվա 20-ը: Սխալների դեպքում ուղարկվելու են ճշտված տվյալներ:

Obligation of the State Revenue Committee: The tax authority must make the received data available to the seller within 1 business day by posting it on his personal page.

ՊԵԿ-ի պարտավորությունը. Հարկային մարմինը ստացված տվյալները 1 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում պետք է հասանելի դարձնի վաճառողին՝ տեղադրելով նրա անձնական էջում:
