It's not uncommon to hear—primarily from Armenian authorities or pro-government propaganda circles—that, by paying so much attention to the rhetoric and statements of Aliyev and other high-ranking Azerbaijani officials, as well as various non-governmental initiatives operating under obvious state patronage, their narratives are being transferred to Armenia, and ultimately, they are beginning to dictate the agenda here.

Нередко можно услышать — главным образом от властей Армении или провластных пропагандистских кругов, — что, уделяя большое внимание риторике и заявлениям Алиева и других высокопоставленных азербайджанских чиновников, а также различных неправительственных инициатив, действующих при явном государственном покровительстве, их нарративы переносят в Армению, и в итоге они начинают диктовать здесь повестку.
