On Wednesday, October 7, Lilit Galstyan, a member of the Armenian delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Andorra, made a speech and raised the issue of prisoners of war, stating: “Dear colleagues, I appeal to you, as a member of the Armenian delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Human Rights Protection and Public Affairs of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, with an urgent humanitarian appeal.
