The government will have a representative in the Investigative Committee

The Disciplinary Commission of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia consists of 8 members, 4 of whom are from the Investigative Committee and 4 are representatives appointed by the Government. The members of the Commission are independent, and any interference in the performance of their functions is prohibited.

ՀՀ ՔԿ կարգապահական հանձնաժողովը կազմված է 8 անդամից, որոնցից 4-ը՝ Քննչական կոմիտեից, 4-ը՝ Կառավարության նշանակած ներկայացուցչից: Հանձնաժողովի անդամներն անկախ են, նրանց գործառույթներն իրականացնելիս որեւէ միջամտություն արգելվում է:

The Commission consists of one of the Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, 3 investigators selected by lot by the decision of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, and 4 representatives appointed by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

Հանձնաժողովի կազմում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալներից մեկը` ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի որոշմամբ, վիճակահանությամբ ընտրվող 3 քննիչ և ՀՀ կառավարության նշանակած 4 ներկայացուցիչ:

The members of the Commission are appointed for a term of 3 years and cannot be members of the Qualification Commission at the same time.

Հանձնաժողովի անդամները նշանակվում են 3 տարի ժամկետով և չեն կարող միաժամանակ լինել Որակավորման հանձնաժողովի անդամներ:

The Commission is headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Ayvazyan.

Հանձնաժողովը ղեկավարում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալը՝ Արմեն Այվազյանը:
