«Սկզբի տասը օրն էր շինարարությունը, հիմա կատարյալ լռություն է, եթե ձյուն գա, մարդիկ այս փոսերի մեջ են հայտնվելու»,- ասաց քաղաքացիներից մեկը «Երկու ամիս է՝ շինարարություն չկա, մեզ խանգարում է, մեր անցուդարձը խանգարվում է, մի քանի օր առաջ մեծ ֆուռը ընկել էր փոսը»,- նշեց մեկ այլ քաղաքացի։
