CCBE responds to the request of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia regarding the rights of lawyer Yerem Sargsyan

The Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia highlights this response of the CCBE as a reaffirmation of the fundamental guarantees of the independence of the lawyer, legal secrecy, and the effective exercise of the right to protection of individuals.
