Davit Avetisyan was arrested on July 3, 2023.

He was charged with hooliganism for calling Nikol Pashinyan a "traitor" and a "miscarriage" near the "English" park, stating that he would answer for the martyred heroes.

Նրան խուլիգանության մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ «Անգլիական» այգու մոտ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին անվանել էր «դավաճան» և «վիժվածք»՝ նշելով, որ նա պատասխան է տալու նահատակված հերոսների համար։
