Sputnik.

Armenia is not experiencing any difficulties importing bitumen from Russia, Sona Harutyunyan, press secretary of the Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, told Sputnik Armenia.

Earlier, the newspaper "Hraparak" reported that road construction in several regions of Armenia had been halted due to a bitumen shortage, as supplies from Russia had been suspended due to tensions in Armenian-Russian relations.

The ministry denied this information.

It should be added that the majority (over 90%) of bitumen supplied to Armenia comes from Iran.
