The court obliged to deny defamatory information about former Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan

Դատարանը պարտավորեցրեց հերքել արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանի վերաբերյալ զրպարտող տեղեկությունները

The RA Civil Court of Appeal has satisfied the claim of the former Minister of Justice of the RA Grigor Minasyan against Tigran Vardanyan regarding the demands to refute the defamatory information and to pay compensation for defamation.

ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քաղաքացիական դատարանը բավարարել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանի հայցն ընդդեմ Տիգրան Վարդանյանի՝ զրպարտություն հանդիսացող տեղեկությունները հերքելու և զրպարտության համար փոխհատուցում վճարելու պահանջների վերաբերյալ։

By the judicial act of the RA Civil Court of Appeal, Tigran Vardanyan is obliged to publicly refute the information he spread on his Facebook page in a manner accessible and visible to everyone as follows:

ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քաղաքացիական դատարանի դատական ակտով Տիգրան Վարդանյանը պարտավորվել է իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում՝ բոլորի համար հասանելի և տեսանելի եղանակով, հրապարակայնորեն հերքել իր կողմից տարածված տեղեկությունները հետևյալ կերպ.
