Kremlin: Doctors and Putin to meet on Friday

According to IRNA from RIA Novosti, Yuri Ushakov added to reporters yesterday: This meeting will take place on the sidelines of the CIS summit in Turkmenistan.

به گزارش ایرنا از ریانووستی، یوری اوشاکوف روز گذشته در جمع خبرنگاران افزود: این دیدار در حاشیه نشست سران کشورهای مستقل مشترک‌المنافع در ترکمنستان انجام خواهد شد.

He stated: Putin and Pezzekian will discuss the situation in the Middle East and issues on the bilateral agenda.

وی اظهار داشت: پوتین و پزشکیان درباره وضعیت خاورمیانه و مسائل دستور کار دوجانبه گفت‌وگو خواهند کرد.

He added: The presidents of Iran and Russia had previously met in September 2021 (on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan); we have now also agreed that the heads of the two countries will have a bilateral meeting, in which issues related to the development of bilateral cooperation and, of course, the critical situation in the Middle East will be discussed.

وی افزود: رؤسای جمهور ایران و روسیه پیش‌تر شهریورماه ۱۴۰۵ (در حاشیه نشست سران سازمان همکاری شانگهای در بیشکک پایتخت قرقیزستان) با یکدیگر دیدار کرده بودند؛ ما اکنون نیز توافق کرده‌ایم که سران دو کشور دیدار دوجانبه‌ای داشته باشند که در این دیدار مسائل مربوط به توسعه همکاری‌های دوجانبه و البته وضعیت بحرانی خاورمیانه بررسی خواهد شد.

برپایی نمایشگاه تولیدات کشورهای مشترک‌المنافع و ایران اوشاکوف همچنین اظهارداشت: نمایشگاهی از تولیدات کشورهای مستقل مشترک المنافع به علاوه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در یک منطقه گردشگری در ترکمنستان برپا خواهد شد که سران شرکت‌کننده در این اجلاس از این نمایشگاه بازدید مشترکی انجام خواهند داد.

وی با بیان اینکه پوتین پنجشنبه ۱۶ مهر ۱۴۰۵ به ترکمنستان سفر خواهد کرد، گفت:‌ در این روز، رؤسای هیأت‌های کشورهای مستقل مشترک‌المنافع به صورت مشترک در جشنواره‌ای از غذاهای ملی این کشورها شرکت خواهند کرد و برنامه کاری اجلاس سران روز جمعه ۱۷ مهر برگزار خواهد شد.

Stating that Putin will travel to Turkmenistan on Thursday, October 16, 1405, he said: On this day, the heads of delegations of the CIS countries will jointly participate in a festival of national cuisines of these countries, and the work program of the summit will be held on Friday, October 7.

دستیار رئیس‌جمهور روسیه اعلام کرد: هم‌اینک بیش از ۹۰ درصد از مبادلات تجاری بین کشورهای مستقل مشترک المنافع با ارزهای ملی انجام می‌شود و یک زیرساخت مالی پایدار و مستقل از تأثیرگذاری عوامل خارجی بین این کشورها ایجاد شده است.

The Russian presidential aide said: "Currently, more than 90 percent of trade between the CIS countries is carried out in national currencies, and a stable financial infrastructure independent of the influence of external factors has been created between these countries."

وی خاطرنشان کرد:‌ پروژه‌های بزرگ صنعتی و زیرساختی در کشورهای مستقل مشترک المنافع در حال اجرا هستند، زنجیره‌های جدید تولید و حمل و نقل اوراسیا در حال شکل‌گیری هستند و کریدورهای لجستیکی شمال-جنوب و شرق-غرب در حال نوسازی و توسعه هستند.

He noted: "Large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects are being implemented in the CIS countries, new Eurasian production and transport chains are being formed, and the North-South and East-West logistics corridors are being modernized and developed."

اوشاکوف همچنین گفت: دیدار جداگانه‌ای میان پوتین و پاشینیان نخست‌وزیر ارمنستان در ترکمنستان برنامه‌ریزی نشده است اما رهبران دو کشور در حاشیه نشست پیش رو با یکدیگر در تماس خواهند بود.

Ushakov also said: "A separate meeting between Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan in Turkmenistan is not planned, but the leaders of the two countries will be in contact on the sidelines of the upcoming summit."

وی ادامه داد: پوتین ممکن است در نشست سران کشورهای مستقل مشترک‌المنافع به درخواست سران کشورها، آنها را در جریان وضعیت درگیری اوکراین قرار دهد.

He continued: "Putin may, at the request of the heads of state, inform them about the situation in the Ukrainian conflict at the summit of the CIS heads of state."

به گزارش ایرنا، نشست قبلی شورای سران کشورهای عضو اتحادیه کشورهای مستقل مشترک‌المنافع (همسود) (CIS) ۱۸ مهر ۱۴۰۴ در دوشنبه پایتخت تاجیکستان برگزار شد و با اتخاذ تصمیماتی از جمله ایجاد قالب کاری جدید با عنوان همسود پلاس ( CIS Plus) به پایان رسید.

According to IRNA, the previous meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) was held on October 18, 1404 in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, and ended with the adoption of decisions, including the creation of a new working format called CIS Plus.

پوتین رئیس‌جمهور روسیه در این باره گفت: ایجاد این قالب جدید به ما امکان می‌دهد که سایر کشورها و ساختارهای بین‌المللی در کشورهای مشترک المنافع را به طور فعال‌تری در برنامه‌های خود مشارکت دهیم.

Russian President Putin said in this regard: "The creation of this new format will allow us to more actively involve other countries and international structures in the CIS countries in our programs."

کشورهای مستقل مشترک‌المنافع یا اتحادیه کشورهای مستقل همسود (CIS)، یک سازمان منطقه‌ای بین‌دولتی در اوراسیا است که پس از فروپاشی اتحاد جماهیر شوروی در سال ۱۹۹۱ تشکیل شد.

The Commonwealth of Independent States, or CIS, is an intergovernmental regional organization in Eurasia that was formed after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991.

هدف این اتحادیه،‌ تقویت همکاری در زمینه‌های اقتصادی، سیاسی و نظامی بین کشورهای عضو است.

The goal of this union is to strengthen cooperation in the economic, political and military fields between member states.

اجلاس محیط‌ زیست خزر با حضور رؤسای جمهور پنج کشور ساحلی دستیار رئیس‌جمهور روسیه همچنین اعلام کرد:‌ اجلاس محیط زیست خزر روز جمعه پس از نشست سران اتحادیه مشترک‌المنافع با حضور سران پنج کشور حاشیه دریای خزر – ایران، روسیه، ترکمنستان، قزاقستان و جمهوری آذربایجان – در ساحل شرقی دریای خزر در نزدیکی شهر ترکمنباشی ترکمنستان برگزار خواهد شد.

وی با بیان اینکه روسیه برای حفظ صلح و امنیت در منطقه خزر اهمیت زیادی قائل است، اظهار داشت: کشورهای ساحلی دریای خزر علاقه‌مند به تبادل نظر در مورد همه مسائل مربوط به زندگی مشترک در سواحل دریای خزر هستند.

Stating that Russia attaches great importance to maintaining peace and security in the Caspian region, he said: The littoral states of the Caspian Sea are interested in exchanging views on all issues related to living together on the shores of the Caspian Sea.

اوشاکوف افزود:‌ قرار است رهبران هر پنج کشور حاشیه دریای خزر در این اجلاس سخنرانی کنند و یک سند نهایی مشترک تصویب شود.

Ushakov added: The leaders of all five Caspian littoral states are scheduled to deliver speeches at the summit and a joint final document will be approved.

وی ادامه داد:‌ انتظار می‌رود در پایان این اجلاس، بیانیه اجلاس محیط زیست خزر تصویب شود که به طور خاص به بررسی مشکلات زیست‌محیطی این دریا، از جمله کاهش تراز آب این دریا اختصاص خواهد داشت.

He continued: It is expected that at the end of the summit, a statement of the Caspian Environmental Summit will be approved, which will be specifically dedicated to examining the environmental problems of this sea, including the decrease in the water level of this sea.

دیدار سه‌جانبه در پکن منوط به حضور ترامپ دستیار رئیس‌جمهور روسیه در پاسخ به پرسش دیگری نیز گفت: پیشنهادی برای سازماندهی دیداری بین پوتین رئیس جمهور روسیه، شی جین پینگ رئیس جمهور چین و دونالد ترامپ رئیس جمهور آمریکا در چین مطرح است اما در صورتی که رهبر ایالات متحده حضور خود را در اجلاس اپک تأیید کند.

Trilateral meeting in Beijing depends on Trump's presence.

اوشاکوف افزود: هنوز هیچ اقدامات عملی برای دیدار سه جانبه رهبران روسیه، چین و آمریکا انجام نشده است.

In response to another question, the Russian presidential aide said: "There is a proposal to organize a meeting between Russian President Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping and US President Donald Trump in China, but only if the US leader confirms his presence at the APEC summit."

وی خاطرنشان کرد:‌ از آنجایی که چین میزبان اجلاس اپک است، دوستان چینی ما در ابتدا پیش‌نویس برنامه اجلاس را برای همه شرکت‌کنندگان ارسال خواهند کرد که شامل برخی از برنامه‌های ویژه برای جلسات دوجانبه و احتمالاً جلسات سه جانبه خواهد بود.

Ushakov added: "No practical steps have been taken yet for a trilateral meeting of the leaders of Russia, China and the US."

دستیار پوتین گفت: اگر ترامپ حضور خود در اجلاس اپک را تأیید کند که فکر نمی‌کنم حضور وی به صورت قطعی تأیید شده باشد، احتمال برگزاری جلسات سه جانبه به این موضوع بستگی دارد.

He noted: "Since China is hosting the APEC summit, our Chinese friends will initially send a draft of the summit program to all participants, which will include some special programs for bilateral meetings and possibly trilateral meetings."

اوشاکوف همچنین گفت: پوتین در حاشیه نشست سران اپک با رئیس‌جمهور چین دیدار خواهد کرد؛ در این زمینه توافق حاصل شده است.

Putin's aide said: "If Trump confirms his presence at the APEC summit, which I don't think has been confirmed for sure, the possibility of holding trilateral meetings depends on this."

نشست سالانه رهبران مجمع همکاری‌های اقتصادی آسیا – پاسفیک (اپک) ۲۷ و ۲۸ آبان ۱۴۰۵ در شنژن چین برگزار خواهد شد.

Ushakov also said: "Putin will meet with the Chinese president on the sidelines of the APEC summit; an agreement has been reached in this regard."

The annual Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) leaders' meeting will be held on November 17 and 18, 2021 in Shenzhen, China.
