Responding to the opposition’s claim that the leader of “Strong Armenia” speaks Armenian better than him, NA Speaker Ruben Rubinyan suggested that billionaire businessman Samvel Karapetyan, who has been under house arrest for about 10 months, write an essay or dictation together live on air.

Արձագանքելով ընդդիմադիրների պնդմանը, թե «Ուժեղ Հայաստանի» առաջնորդն իրենից լավ է տիրապետում հայերենին, ԱԺ նախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանն առաջարկեց շուրջ 10 ամիս տնային կալանքի տակ գտնվող միլիարդատեր գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանին միասին շարադրություն կամ թելադրություն գրել ուղիղ եթերում։

His cousin, the head of the opposition “Strong Armenia” faction, later responded to the proposal from the podium, saying, “What kind of essay should we write with you, you write an essay in Turkish?” Rubinyan countered, saying that “Strong Armenia” writes “like a puppet” under the dictation of “external forces.”

Առաջարկին ավելի ուշ ամբիոնից պատասխանեց նրա զարմիկը՝ ընդդիմադիր «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավարը, թե՝ «ձեր հետ ինչ շարադրություն գրենք, դուք թուրքերենից եք շարադրություն գրում»։ Ռուբինյանն էլ հակադարձեց՝ «Ուժեղ Հայաստանն» է «պուպուի պես» գրում «արտաքին ուժերի» թելադրանքի ներքո։
