"Goy" returns, but not to its native stage

For about 3 years, "Goy" has not performed a single play, except for the plays it staged behind closed doors as a protest.

As is known, the management of the Gabriel Sundukyan National Academic Theater and the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia have turned the 30-year-old stage of the “Goy” Theater into an “Open Stage” platform, where the play “Romeo and Juliet” was performed on September 12, but “Goy” did not perform.

Ինչպես հայտնի է, Գաբրիել Սունդուկյանի անվան ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի ղեկավարությունը և ԿԳՄՍՆ-ը «Գոյ» թատրոնի 30-ամյա բեմը դարձրել են «Բաց բեմ» հարթակ, որտեղ սեպտեմբերի 12-ին խաղացվեց «Ռոմեո և Ջուլիետ» ներկայացումը, բայց խաղաց ո՛չ «Գոյը»։

It is difficult to restore its own repertoire in other theaters, because those performances were adapted for the “Goy” stage, but there will be new performances. “Goy” is ready for cooperation. Sponsors are needed, because the stages will be rented, money is needed for the performances.

Այլ թատրոններում սեփական խաղացանկը վերականգնելը դժվար է, որովհետև այդ ներկայացումները հարմարեցված էին «Գոյի» բեմին, բայց նոր բեմադրություններ էլի կլինեն. «Գոյը» պատրաստ է համագործակցության։ Անհրաժեշտ են հովանավորներ, որովհետև բեմերը վարձակալվելու են, ներկայացումների համար փող է պետք։

In parallel with the legal process, “Goy” has decided to rent different theaters to work and return its audience.
