Rubinyan on the infiltration of an Azerbaijani soldier into Syunik

Ռուբինյանը՝ Սյունիք ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողի ներթափանցման մասին

National Assembly Speaker Ruben Rubinyan, referring to the incident of an Azerbaijani soldier entering Syunik last week, stated, "Our justice system must work, charges have been filed, everything must go its own way."

Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյաննն անդրադառնալով անցած շաբաթ Սյունիք ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողի ներթափանցման դեպքին, հայտարարեց՝ «պետք է մեր արդարադատությունը աշխատի, մեղադրանքն առաջադրված է, պետք է ամեն ինչ իր հունով գնա»: Միաժամանակ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանն ընդգծեց՝ ակնհայտ է, որ գործ չունենք դիվերսիայի հետ, հակառակ դեպքում, ըստ նրա, «ադրբեջանական կողմը նախապես չէր տեղեկացնի հայկական կողմին, որ մեր մոտից զինծառայող է կորել»: «Գործ ունենք անհատ զինծառայողի՝ Հայաստանի սահմանը ապօրինի հատելու...

At the same time, Ruben Rubinyan emphasized that it is obvious that we are not dealing with sabotage, otherwise, according to him, "the Azerbaijani side would not have informed the Armenian side in advance that a soldier had gone missing from our side."
