In his speech, Edgar Ghazaryan criticized the failure to include the issue of electing the Speaker of the National Assembly on the agenda, claiming that a “series of illegalities” had occurred during the tenure of the Speaker of the Parliament.

The NA Speaker, Ruben Rubinyan, who was chairing the session, interrupted the speech, noting that the statements did not relate to the agenda issue, and turned off the microphone.
