The daily "Hraparak" writes: "Instead of increasing the combat effectiveness of the army and finding out how it is that an Azerbaijani soldier is able to pass unnoticed past our defense positions and penetrate 16 kilometers into the territory of our country, they have decided to implement strict measures against women working in the Ministry of Defense and army corps.

«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Պաշտպանական համակարգում փոխանակ բանակի մարտունակությունը բարձրացնեն եւ պարզեն, թե ինչպես է ստացվում, որ ադրբեջանցի զինվորը կարողանում է մեր պաշտպանական դիրքերի կողքով աննկատ անցնել ու 16 կիլոմետր խորանալ մեր երկրի տարածքում, որոշել են ՊՆ աշխատակազմում եւ բանակային կորպուսներում աշխատող կանանց նկատմամբ խստություններ իրականացնել։

We were told that all units of the Ministry of Defense received a note instructing female soldiers not to wear makeup. The female soldiers were angered by the fact that the note stated not to glue eyelashes, not to wear makeup, and not to use red lipstick. We were unable to find out whether these instructions are part of the defense doctrine and whose idea they are."

Մեզ պատմեցին, որ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից բոլոր ստորաբաժանումները գրություն են ստացել, որտեղ հրահանգված է զինվորական կանանց չշպարվել: Կին զինծառայողներին զայրացրել է այն հանգամանքը, որ գրության մեջ նշվել է` թարթիչներ չկպցնել, չշպարվել և չօգտագործել կարմիր շրթներկ: Թե այս հրահանգները որ պաշտպանական դոկտրինի մաս են կազմում եւ ում մտքի արգասիքն են, մեզ չհաջողվեց պարզել»։
