The CP is preparing to publish "revelations" related to the Church: what to expect in the National Assembly: "Zhoghovurd"

It should be noted that only two projects have been included in the NA agenda.

Նշենք, որ ԱԺ օրակարգում ընդգրկվել է ընդամենը երկու նախագիծ։

The first is the project on making an amendment to the law “On Holidays and Commemorative Days of the Republic of Armenia” submitted by the government. It is envisaged to make an amendment to the law on establishing June 23 as Public Servant Day. The author of the project is the RA Government. This issue has already been discussed today in the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and received a positive conclusion.

Առաջինը կառավարության ներկայացրած՝ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին» օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին նախագիծն է։ Դրանով նախատեսվում է օրենքում լրացում կատարել՝ հունիսի 23-ը Հանրային ծառայողի օր սահմանելու վերաբերյալ։ Նախագծի հեղինակը ՀՀ կառավարությունն է։ Այս հարցն այսօր արդեն քննարկվել է ԱԺ պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում և ստացել դրական եզրակացություն։

The second and most notable issue is the draft on determining the number of members of the investigative commission investigating the crisis that arose in the church as a result of the activities of a number of clergymen of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church and the resulting failure to fulfill the Church’s exclusive mission in the spiritual life of the Armenian people, the development of national culture, and the preservation of national identity.

Երկրորդ և առավել ուշագրավ հարցը Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու մի շարք հոգևորականների գործունեության արդյունքում եկեղեցում առաջացած ճգնաժամի և դրա հետևանքով հայ ժողովրդի հոգևոր կյանքում, ազգային մշակույթի զարգացման և ազգային ինքնության պահպանման գործում Եկեղեցու բացառիկ առաքելության չկատարման խնդիրներն ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողովի անդամների թիվը սահմանելու մասին նախագիծն է։

According to the statement of the NA Speaker, this investigative commission has already been established by law, at the request of at least one quarter of the total number of deputies. Now the parliament must determine the number of its members.

The “Zhoghovurd” daily newspaper learned that the authors of the draft are 39 deputies from the CP.

ArmLur.am wrote yesterday that the goal of the investigative commission initiated by the authorities, according to the draft:

ArmLur.am-ը երեկ գրել էր, որ իշխանության նախաձեռնած քննիչ հանձնաժողովի նպատակն, ըստ նախագծի՝

According to the publication of ArmLur.am, the investigative commission is planned to be formed from 11 members: 7 from the CP and 4 opposition deputies, and the commission will be headed by CP deputy Arman Yeghoyan.

ArmLur.am-ի հրապարակման համաձայն՝ քննիչ հանձնաժողովը նախատեսվում է ձևավորել 11 անդամից՝ 7 ՔՊ-ական և 4 ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորից, իսկ հանձնաժողովը կգլխավորի ՔՊ պատգամավոր Արման Եղոյանը։

It is also planned that the commission will be able to request documents, information and other materials from state and local self-government bodies, as well as, if necessary, request written and oral statements from relevant persons. The term of the commission's activity is planned for up to six months.

Նախատեսվում է նաև, որ հանձնաժողովը կկարողանա պետական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններից պահանջել փաստաթղթեր, տեղեկություններ և այլ նյութեր, ինչպես նաև անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պահանջել համապատասխան անձանցից գրավոր ու բանավոր հայտարարություններ։ Հանձնաժողովի գործունեության ժամկետը նախատեսվում է մինչև վեց ամիս։

This, of course, will be the main goal of the authorities in the upcoming four-day sessions of the National Assembly. And the opposition, according to our information, will not be reconciled with the creation of this commission.

Սա, իհարկե, իշխանությունների գլխավոր նպատակն է լինելու ԱԺ առաջիկա քառօրյանում։ Իսկ ընդդիմադիրներն էլ, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, հաշտ չեն լինելու այս հանձնաժողովի ստեղծման հետ կապված։

According to the “Zhoghovurd” daily, the opposition intends to react very harshly to the formation of this commission. It should be noted that both opposition factions have refused to work in the commission created by the CP.”

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ ընդդիմադիրները նպատակ ունեն շատ կոշտ արձագանքել այս հանձնաժողովի ձևավորմանը։ Նշենք, որ երկու ընդդիմադիր խմբակցություններն էլ հրաժարվել են ՔՊ-ի ստեղծած հանձնաժողովում աշխատել»։
