Robert Bazikyan has held the position of Deputy Head of the State Control Service since December 20, 2021. Before that, he worked for many years in the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia.

Ռոբերտ Բազիկյանը Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության ղեկավարի տեղակալի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնում է 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 20-ից։ Մինչ այդ նա երկար տարիներ աշխատել է ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում։

In 2001-2011, Bazikyan held the positions of Operations Officer, Senior Operations Officer, Deputy Head and Head of the Department of the Yerevan City Department of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia. In 2011-2019, he was the Head of the Kotayk Regional Department of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, and in 2019-2020, the Deputy Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia. In 2020-2021, he worked at the Armenian Atomic Power Plant CJSC as an advisor to the General Director.

2001-2011 թվականներին Բազիկյանը զբաղեցրել է ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Երևանի քաղաքային վարչության բաժնի օպերլիազորի, ավագ օպերլիազորի, պետի տեղակալի և բաժնի պետի պաշտոնները։ 2011-2019 թվականներին եղել է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության պետը, իսկ 2019-2020 թվականներին՝ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալը։ 2020-2021 թվականներին աշխատել է «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայան» ՓԲԸ-ում՝ որպես գլխավոր տնօրենի խորհրդական։

According to Bazikyan's 2025 declaration, last year he had a total income of 35 million 110 thousand 919 drams. Of this, 19 million 34 thousand 15 drams were the salary received from the State Supervisory Service and other payments equivalent to it. 1 million 598 thousand 299 drams were received from income tax refunds, 3 million 170 thousand drams from agricultural activities, and 2 million 565 thousand drams from pensions.

Ըստ Բազիկյանի՝ 2025 թվականի հայտարարագրի՝ անցած տարվա ընթացքում նա ունեցել է ընդհանուր 35 մլն 110 հազար 919 դրամ եկամուտ։ Դրանից 19 մլն 34 հազար 15 դրամը կազմել է Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայությունից ստացած աշխատավարձը և դրան հավասարեցված այլ վճարումները։ 1 մլն 598 հազար 299 դրամ ստացել է եկամտային հարկի վերադարձից, 3 մլն 170 հազար դրամ՝ գյուղատնտեսական գործունեությունից, իսկ 2 մլն 565 հազար դրամ՝ կենսաթոշակից։

In addition, Bazikyan received three loans in 2025, in the amount of 2 million, 5 million, and 1 million 743 thousand 605 drams, respectively.

The official declared 5 real estate units. Two of them are land plots located in the settlements of Lusashogh and Dashtakar in Ararat province, another property is a private residential house with outbuildings located in the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan. Bazikyan also owns a perennial plant and a land plot in Dashtakar. The mentioned property was acquired in 2000-2017, including by donation and purchase. In 2025, he did not acquire any new real estate and did not alienate any property.

Պաշտոնյան հայտարարագրել է անշարժ գույքի 5 միավոր։ Դրանցից երկուսը Արարատի մարզի Լուսաշող և Դաշտաքար բնակավայրերում գտնվող հողամասեր են, մեկ այլ գույք Երևանի Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանում գտնվող անհատական բնակելի տունն է՝ տնտեսական շինություններով։ Դաշտաքարում Բազիկյանը նաև ունի բազմամյա տնկի և հողամաս։ Նշված գույքը ձեռք է բերվել 2000-2017 թվականներին՝ այդ թվում՝ նվիրատվության և գնման եղանակներով։ 2025 թվականին նոր անշարժ գույք չի ձեռք բերել և որևէ գույք չի օտարել։

Bazikyan did not declare a vehicle. His declaration also does not include securities, investments, bank deposits, or property worth more than 4 million drams.

Բազիկյանը տրանսպորտային միջոց չի հայտարարագրել։ Նրա հայտարարագրում չկան նաև արժեթղթեր, ներդրումներ, բանկային ավանդներ կամ 4 մլն դրամը գերազանցող արժեք ունեցող գույք։

At the beginning of 2025, his three bank accounts had a total of 637 thousand 886.08 drams, and at the end of the year, 150 thousand 696.30 drams. However, cash funds have increased. At the beginning of the year, Bazikyan declared 3 million drams in cash, and at the end of the year, 5 million drams.

2025 թվականի սկզբին նրա երեք բանկային հաշիվներում առկա է եղել ընդհանուր 637 հազար 886.08 դրամ, իսկ տարեվերջին՝ 150 հազար 696.30 դրամ։ Կանխիկ դրամական միջոցները, սակայն, ավելացել են։ Տարվա սկզբին Բազիկյանը հայտարարագրել էր 3 մլն դրամ կանխիկ գումար, իսկ տարվա վերջի դրությամբ՝ 5 մլն դրամ։

At the end of the year, the balance of the principal amount of his loan obligations amounted to a total of 26 million 366 thousand 582.8 drams. At the same time, payments directed towards the repayment of loans in 2025 amounted to 8 million 329 thousand 294 drams.

Bazikyan did not declare other one-time expenses exceeding 2 million drams during 2025, travel and hotel expenses, rental, education or renovation expenses.
