Several branches in the city violated the rules for selling cigarettes

As a result of the inspections, it was found that at three addresses of the supermarket chain belonging to “CITY” LLC (60/2 Komitas Avenue, Yerevan, 15/5 Rubinyants Street and 3/1 Yeraskhavan Highway, Ararat Region), the sale of tobacco products, their accessories or substitutes for tobacco products was carried out without the conformity assessment documents prescribed by law, and at the addresses 15/5 Rubinyants Street, Yerevan and 3/1 Yeraskhavan Highway, Ararat Region, it was carried out openly, in violation of the requirement of Article 5, Part 6, Clause 2 of the RA Law “On the Reduction and Prevention of Harm to Health from the Use of Tobacco Products and Their Substitutes”.

Ստուգումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ «ՍԻԹԻ» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող սուպերմարկետների ցանցի գործունեության երեք հասցեներում (ք. Երևան Կոմիտասի պողոտա 60/2, Ռուբինյանց փողոց 15/5 և Արարատի մարզ, Երասխավան մայրուղի 3/1) ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակները, դրանց պատկանելիքները կամ ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների փոխարինիչների վաճառքն իրականացվել է առանց օրենքով սահմանված համապատասխանության գնահատման փաստաթղթերի, իսկ ք․ Երևան, Ռուբինյանց 15/5 և Արարատի մարզ, Երասխավան մայրուղի 3/1 հասցեներում՝ բաց եղանակով՝ «Ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների և դրանց փոխարինիչների օգտագործման հետևանքով առողջությանը հասցվող վնասի նվազեցման և կանխարգելման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածի 6-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի պահանջի խախտմամբ։
