The Baku government cannot be our brother: protest in front of the Azerbaijani consulate in Istanbul

A new dress code has been adopted in Azerbaijani schools since September 21, prohibiting students from wearing "elements that violate the integrity of the school uniform or do not comply with the principle of secularism of general education."

Ադրբեջանի դպրոցներում սեպտեմբերի 21-ից ընդունվել է հագուստի նոր կանոնակարգ, որով աշակերտներին արգելվում է «դպրոցական համազգեստի ամբողջականությունը խախտող կամ հանրակրթության աշխարհիկության սկզբունքին չհամապատասխանող տարրեր» հագնել։
