Davit Sanamyan dismissed from the post of Deputy Director of the National Security Service

Դավիթ Սանամյանն ազատվել է ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալի պաշտոնից

The Prime Minister's Office of the Republic of Armenia reports that by the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Davit Sanamyan has been dismissed from the position of Deputy Director of the National Security Service. "Guided by Part 6 of Article 9 of the Law "On Public Service" and Part 4 of Article 4.1 of the Law "On National Security Bodies", Davit Sanamyan has been dismissed from the position of Deputy Director of the National Security Service," the decision states.

ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմից հայտնում են, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ Դավիթ Սանամյանն ազատվել է Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալի պաշտոնից։ «Ղեկավարվելով «Հանրային ծառայության մասին» օրենքի 9-րդ հոդվածի 6-րդ մասով և «Ազգային անվտանգության մարմինների մասին» օրենքի 4.1-ին հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով՝ Դավիթ Սանամյանին ազատել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալի պաշտոնի»,- ասված է որոշման մեջ։
