Պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի զեկուցմամբ, առանց սահմանված կարգով իրականացված գույքի գնահատման՝ ՀՀ կառավարության 2004 թվականի մարտի 18-ի թիվ 337-Ա որոշմամբ, թույլատրվել է պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող հանգստի գոտու շենքերն ու շինություններն ուղղակի վաճառքի եղանակով օտարել ֆիզիկական անձին՝ վաճառքի գինը սահմանելով 500 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար։
