The entrance to the high school was blocked with some trash cans, and banners reading "Less police, more money" and "We are still angry, but we are not fascists" were hung on its facade. A high school student held a sign that read, "We're skipping class to teach you a lesson," while some parents and teachers gathered in front of the school to support the students.

The students, demanding improved educational conditions, chanted, "We stand in solidarity with students all over the world."

Eğitim koşullarının iyileştirilmesini talep eden öğrenciler, “Tüm dünya öğrencileriyle dayanışma içindeyiz” diye bağırdı.
